Automatic genetic analyzer

Capillary electrophoresis genetic analyzer based on fluorescent detection with up to 6 unique fluorescent dyes in a single rection capable for simultaneous analysis of minimum 8 samples. The instrument should be fully automated beginning from polymer insertion, DNA separation, data detection and analysis to generating results by determining the DNA sequence or size of the DNA fragments.

The instrument should include a thermal system designed to control the temperature of electrophoresis in the range of minimum 18 to maximum 70 ⁰C.

The instrument must be supplied with a computer unit with the following softwares included:

• Data collection software - software that controls the instrument, automatically collects and analyzes the generated data, and generates sample files including reports from sequencing, fragment and human identification analyses.

• Software for complete analysis of DNA sequencing results (Sequencing Analysis Software with KB™ Basecaller or equivalent).

• Genotyping software that provides DNA fragment sizing analysis for all electrophoresis-based systems including amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP), loss of heterozygosity (LOH), microsatellite analysis, SNP genotyping, and human identification (GeneMapper® or equivalent).

Additional requirements:

• The bidder must provide a guarantee for the equipment for at least 1 (one) year counted from the day of delivery and installation, during which period it is obliged to perform free service and free replacement of spare parts

• A statement that the offer includes free installation and on-site training, as well as consumables for at least one test run following the installation of the instrument to be used for the on-site training of the stаff

• The bidder should provide a statement that it will provide spare parts and consumables for the procured equipment for at least 10 (ten) years after the installation of the equipment

Digital PCR instrument for detection and quantification of nucleic acids and determination of rare alleles without the need for a standard curve, with the following characteristics:

- temperature uniformity: minimum ±1° C

- а possibility for reliable detection of at least 0,1% of a mutant allele in a background of a normal allele with a precision of 10%

- detection of at least 50 copies of a specific DNA fragment in a single reaction with а precision of ~10%

- absolute quantification of a specific DNA fragment in a range of at least 5 logs with a precision of ~10%

- possibility for functional multiplexing to detect at least 5 targets including a reference dye per sample

- to have ability for analysis of 8 samples simultaneously, with the possibility of increasing up to a simultaneous analysis of 96 samples

- to have a computer unit with installed software for collection and analysis of fluorescence data, which has the ability for flexible editing of thermal protocols including the individual phases of the PCR reaction, allows editing and recording of the plate layout, as well as a minimum of the following pre-optimized protocols: absolute quantification of DNA and RNA, genotyping, CNV analysis and detection of rare mutations.

• the offer to include a digital PCR starter kit for installation and verification of the instrument, and for this a statement od the economic operator is submitted

• the offer to include a complete set of reagents and consumables for a sensitive detection and quantification of mutations (exon 19 del, L858R, T790M in EGFR gene or similar) for an analysis of at least 24 samples, and for this a statement od the economic operator is submitted

• the bidder must provide a guarantee for the equipment for at least 1 (one) year counted from the day of delivery and installation, during which period it is obliged to perform free service and free replacement of spare parts

• a statement that the offer includes free installation and on-site training, as well as consumables for at least one test run following the installation of the instrument to be used for the on-site training of the stuff

• the bidder should provide a statement that it will provide spare parts and consumables for the procured equipment for at least 10 (ten) years after the installation of the equipment

• the bidder should provide a statement that the price of ALL consumables necessary for performing the high sensitivity analyses on the instrument (primers, probes, fluorescent dyes excluded) should not exceed 8 euros per sample including VAT, irrespective of the number of samples per run. This statement should be valid for three years starting from the date of signing of the contract. The price can only be increase each year for the annual inflation in the euro area.

Professional Ability of the Bidder:

• The bidder should have a permit for wholesale trade of medical devices issued by authorized national agency

• The bidder must have authorization for sale and application support from the manufacturer of the equipment offered in the tender procedure

• The bidder must provide a guarantee that it has a technician(s) authorized by the manufacturer of the equipment who will be responsible for the installation, service and on-site training

• A statement for availability for online consultation / diagnostics 24/7 and provision of service / repair within a period not longer than 7 days after reporting a defect should be provided.

Fulfillment of the above requirements of the technical specification must be confirmed by appropriate documentation from the manufacturer of the instrument

*Before signing the contract, the contractor should provide a bank guarantee for quality performance of the procurement in amount of 5% of the value (including VAT) of the equipment. The bank guarantee for quality performance of the contract should be in the currency of the contract. The guarantee should be issued by a bank.
