In order to prove the ability to perform professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

- Certificate of registered activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal person to perform the activity related to the subject of procurement or proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

To prove that there are no conditions for exclusion from the procedure, the economic operator submits the following documents:

- statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years, the economic operator or the person who is a member of the management or supervisory body of that economic operator or who has the authority to represent or make decisions or supervise it, has not been sentenced by a final court Conviction for a crime that has elements of the criminal offenses of participation in criminal association, corruption, tax evasion and contributions, terrorism or criminal offenses related to terrorist activities, money laundering and terrorist financing and child labor abuse and trafficking, established in the Criminal Code code;

- Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

- confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been opened by a competent authority or a single document proving the ability;

- confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been opened by a competent body or a single document to prove the ability;

- Confirmation from the Registry of Penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that he has not been sentenced to a secondary penalty ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership contracts or a single document proving the ability;

- confirmation from the Registry of fines for committed criminal acts of the legal entities that he / she has not been pronounced a secondary penalty of temporary prohibition to perform a certain activity or a single document for proving the ability;

- a certificate from the Registry of Penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities that he / she has not been sentenced to a secondary penalty of permanent prohibition to perform a certain activity or a single document for proving the ability;

- confirmation that no misdemeanor sanction has been pronounced with a final judgment - prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty or a single document to prove the ability, and

- confirmation that he / she has not been pronounced a misdemeanor sanction with a final judgment - temporary prohibition to perform a certain activity or a single document to prove the ability.

- statement of the entire turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, ie revised income statement) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations and the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- to have qualified staff for conducting the trainings, at least 3 (three) lecturers per program package with appropriate and valid certificates and experience in holding trainings in the relevant field;

- to have adequately equipped facilities with hardware and software configuration for conducting trainings;

- to have experience in conducting trainings and to have realized at least 5 (five) contracts for conducting trainings in the field of information technologies, of which at least 3 (three) with contracting bodies (institutions) for conducting trainings in the field of information technologies technologies, in the last 3 years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- proof of the required educational and professional qualifications of the lecturers, regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator, by enclosing a short CV and copies of relevant certificates;

- statement on the technical conditions and technical equipment that the service provider has at its disposal for the execution of the contract;

- list of completed trainings in the relevant areas with values and dates, evidence - copies of concluded contracts or certificates for successfully realized contracts, as well as evidence - copies of concluded contracts or certificates for successfully implemented contracts issued by contracting authorities (institutions) to perform trainings in the field of information technologies.
