Confirmation issued from authorized body for compliance of special criteria for performing legal business activity related to the public procurement subject.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Documentation (catalogs, brochures or technical
specification) which will prove that the minimum technical characteristics of
the technical specification, with clearly marked pages for each position; - Statement guaranteeing
that the vehicles subject to procurement comply with the rule of origin of the goods, laid down in
sub-item 1.17 of the tender documentation, stating the country or territory from where they are
originate, as well as that during the handover of the vehicles will submit a Certificate of
origin in original form. Contract / Authorization from the vehicle manufacturer for import and
sale of the same on the territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia; Authorization from
the manufacturer of the refrigeration device for the service it will perform, the installation and maintenance of
the cooling device; Contract / Authorization by the vehicle manufacturer that the EO is authorized
for vehicle servicing Contract with an authorized servicer for vehicle servicing and the built-in
cooling system; - Statement that will provide a full warranty on the entire vehicle and the built - in system for
cooling for a period of at least 4 (four) years or 120,000 km from the time of
handing over the vehicles, in which period he is obliged to provide free service and spare parts with them
installation (except free service and replacement of spare parts in case of accidents as
and consumables for the vehicle and built-in cooling system for regular servicing); - Statement
that it provides spare parts and an authorized service in accordance with the legal regulations for this type of goods
on the territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, both for the vehicle and for the built-in chamber, in
post-warranty period of at least 6 (six) years; Statement that it will provide service for the vehicle (and
built-in cooling system) within the warranty period on the territory of the City of Skopje stating
the name and address of the service provider; - A statement confirming that the vehicles (and the built - in system for
refrigerated), subject to procurement, to be new and unused. - Statement guaranteeing that the vehicles,
subject of the procurement meet the rule of origin of the goods, determined in this sub-item, with
an indication of the country or territory from which they originate, as well as that in the minutes
handover of vehicles will submit a Certificate of Origin in original form.
