For part 4:

The economic operator has achieved at least an income of MKD 4.000.000.00 in the last three years, for each year individually (2019, 2020 and 2021)

For part 5:

The economic operator has achieved at least an income of 18.000.000.00 MKD in the last three years, for each year individually (2019, 2020 and 2021)

For part 6:

The economic operator to achieve at least an income of 100.000.000.00 MKD in the last three years, for each year individually (2019, 2020 and 2021)

Техничка и професионална способност:

3.3 Technical and professional ability

3.3.1 In order to qualify as capable of performing the public procurement contract in terms of his technical or professional ability, the economic operator should meet the following minimum conditions:

For Part 1:

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education – Faculty of Philology, Albanian language, for textbook translation;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) lecturer with completed higher education – Faculty of Philology, Albanian language, for textbook proofreading;

- To have/will employ/engage at least 1 (one) expert with a completed higher education for professional editing of a textbook;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) person for graphic and technical editing of a textbook and its preparation in electronic and print version;

- To have performed services for translation, proofreading, graphic - technical editing and professional editing, for at least 10 (ten) monographic publications from Macedonian to Albanian language, in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);

- To have at least 5 (five) full-time employees or engaged persons.

For Part 2:

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education - Faculty of Philology, Turkish language, for textbook translation;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) lecturer with completed higher education - Faculty of Philology, Turkish language, for textbook proofreading;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) person for graphic and technical editing of a textbook and its preparation in electronic and print versions

- To have performed services for translation, proofreading, graphic - technical editing and professional editing, for at least 5 (five) monographic publications from Macedonian language to Turkish language, in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);

For Part 3:

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education, with knowledge of Serbian language;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) lecturer with completed higher education, with knowledge of Serbian language;

- To have/will employ/engage at least 1 (one) professional editing person with completed higher education, with knowledge of Serbian language;

- To have performed services for translation, proofreading, graphic - technical editing and professional editing of at least 3 (three) monographic publications from Macedonian to Serbian language, in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);

For Part 4:

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education, with knowledge of Bosnian language;

- To have employed/engaged at least 1 (one) lecturer with completed higher education, with knowledge of Bosnian language;

- To have/will employ/engage at least 1 (one) professional editing person with completed higher education, with knowledge of Bosnian language;

- To have performed services for translation, proofreading, graphic - technical editing and professional editing of at least 2 (two) monographic publications from Macedonian to Bosnian language, in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);

For Part 5:

- To have employed or engaged at least 1…

- A statement under full moral, material and criminal responsibility that at least 1 (one) person (first and last name/full name) translator with completed higher education and attached scanned diploma/certificate of completed Faculty of Philology, Albanian language, is employed/engaged;

- A statement under full moral, material and criminal responsibility that there is employed/engaged at least 1 (one) person (first and last name/full name) lecturer with completed higher education and attached scanned diploma/certificate of completed Faculty of Philology, Albanian language;

- A statement under full moral, material and criminal responsibility that…

… there is/will be employed/engaged at least 1 (one) professional (first and last name/full name) with a completed higher education for professional editing of a textbook in the appropriate field;

… at least 1 (one) person (first and last name/full name) has been employed/engaged for graphic and technical editing of a textbook and its preparation in electronic and print versions;

… has provided services for 10 (ten) translated, proofread and professional edited monographic publications with a reference list from Macedonian language to Albanian language, in the last 3 (three) years 2019, 2020 and 2021, stating: the title of the publication, the publisher, the year of publication, the language into which it was translated, information about the translator(s), proof-reader(s), professional editor(s), a copy from the textbook with a CIP (Cataloguing in publication) record;

- A statement for the average annual number of employees at the service provider or contractor and the number of its management staff in the last three years, or other evidence of an established legal (employment, engagement) relationship of employees/engaged persons

* By monographic publications are meant: types of material published in the form of books (professional monograph, textbook, other teaching material, collection, guide, novel, poetry.)

For Part 2:

… have been provided services for 5 (five) translated, proofread and expertly edited monographic publications with a reference list from Macedonian to Turkish language, in the last 3 (three) years 2019, 2020 and 2021, with specifying: the title of the publication, the publisher, the year of publication, the language into which it was translated, information about the translator(s), proof-reader(s), expert editor(s) and a copy of the textbook with a CIP (Cataloguing in publication) record;

- A statement on the average annual number of employees at the service provider or contractor and on the number of its management staff in the last three years
