In order to prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

-statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered an effective verdict for a committed crime under Article 88 paragraph 1 of the ESPP

-certificate that a bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority,

-certificate that a liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority,

-certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

-certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by…

… the legal entities, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership

… legal entities that it was not rendered minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity

-certificate that it was not rendered misdemeanor sanction – prohibition to perform a profession, an activity or a duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a specific activity

- Statement of the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where required, a statement of income in the area covered by the public procurement contract, mostly for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations and also depending on the availability of such information: - The minimum annual income should not be less than 90,000,000.00 denars

-list of main deliveries of goods or services performed with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed: Deliveries of goods in the field of the object procurement (Roller rubber rings) in the last 3 (three) years, with a total value of at least 45.000.000,00 denars (cumulative total of 3 years), submitting a list of main deliveries of goods in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) - (Annex No. 3), providing confirmation of deliveries (Annex No. 4).

-in the case where complex goods or services are procured, also in some exceptional cases for special purposes by inspecting the production facilities, along with study and research of the facilities, if it is necessary; as well as quality control measures which is carried out by the contracting authority or on its behalf in the country of establishment. - STATEMENT, with which the economic operator will confirm the production capacities as well as the quality control measures, in accordance with the submitted technical specifications from the manufacturer attached to the technical offer from the procedure;
