As a condition for determining the capacity for performing professional activity, the contracting organ shall require that each economic operator provide an evidence that it is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulation of the country where it is registered. The economic operator shall submit the following, as an evidence that it meets the conditions for meeting the conditions for professional capacity: Confirmation for registered activity (DRD Form) as an evidence that it is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulation of the country where it is registered. The competent organ for issuing this document is the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia. When determining the capacity for performing professional activity, the contracting organ shall also request an evidence issued by a competent organ for meeting the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance to the legislation related to the public procurement subject. The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance to the legislation by submitting a Permission for performing insurance works in the relevant insurance class, subject to the public procurement.

in order to qualify as capable for performing the subject public procurement contract from the aspect of its technical and professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum conditions: in order to qualify as capable for performing the subject public procurement contract (for the Part 1 Insurance of property and equipment) from the aspect of its technical and professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum conditions: - own reinsurance coverage for reinsuring that has minimum credit rating of “A+” determined by S&P or equivalent from other rating agency. The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the minimum conditions by submitting – Evidence for reinsurance by submitting of a copy – confirmation from the reinsurance contract with the first reinsurer with minimum credit rating “A+” for 2022.
