Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

a) А list of the main deliveries of goods or services performed in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed.

The economic operator must have performed at least one fabrication or performance of steel equipment. For the same, he should submit a confirmation from the investor for timely and quality extraction;

b) description of the technical staff and technical authorities that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially those responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those that will be involved in the performance of the works, regardless on whether they are employed by the economic operator or not;

• B.Sc. Eng. with Authorization A for performance proof m1/m2 min. – 1 executor;

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with IWE authorization (the same persons should be responsible welding coordinators and listed in the EN 1090-2 standard: EXC class 4) proof m1/m2 min. – 1 executors;

• B.Sc. M.Eng. with Authorization A for performance proof m1/m2 min. – 1 executor;

• locksmith-specialist (with 5th degree diploma) proof m1/m2min. – 1 executor;

• third degree locksmiths with certificate proof m1/m2 min. – 20 executors;

• electric welder with certificate for REL procedure proof m1/m2 min. – 5 executors;

• welders with a certificate for the electro arc EPP procedure proof m1/m2 min. – 3 executors;

• electric welder with certificate for MAG procedure proof m1/m2 min. – 3 executors;
