with description of the technical personnel and technical organs that shall participate in performing the public procurement, especially the ones that are responsible for quality control, and in case of public procurement of goods, those that shall be included in performance of works, regardless of the fact if they are employed at the economic operator or not: 1) Qualified professional personnel for performing the public procurement subject as follows: A) at least one expert for management and leading the project for information systems implementation. Education qualification: At least high professional education, i.e. university degree or integrated undergraduate and postgraduate university study or specialized graduated expert study (at least four years) in the field of electrotechnics, information or economic sciences, i.e. the expert has acquired at least 240 EKTS points or education degree 7.1 in accordance to the Basics of the qualification framework in North Macedonia or the European qualification framework (EQF) level 7 or equivalent. B) At least one specialist for information system development – Educational qualification: at least high expert education, i.e. the expert has acquired at least 240 EKTS points or education degree 7.1 in accordance to the Basics of the qualification framework in North Macedonia or the European qualification framework (EQF) level 7 or equivalent. C) At least one expert for information systems integration At least high professional education, i.e. university degree or integrated undergraduate and postgraduate university study or specialized graduated expert study (at least four years) in the field of information, economic or technical sciences i.e. the expert has acquired at least 240 EKTS points or education degree 7.1 in accordance to the Basics of the qualification framework in North Macedonia or the European qualification framework (EQF) level 7 or equivalent. D) At least two persons for the process of education of the users of the diagnostic information system and functionality of radiological diagnostic or prevention – Education qualification: At least expert education, i.e. completed, at least, four-year course in the field of the technical, information, medical or economic sciences. 1. In order to prove that it meets the minimum conditions for qualified expert personnel for performing the public procurement subject, stated in points A, B, C and D, the bidder shall submit the following: 1.1 Statement by the bidder that it meets the employment condition or engagement of qualified persons with experience in implementation or upgrade or maintenance of the required systems. 1.2 Enclosed to the bid, the bidder is obliged to submit the following evidence: 1.2.1 Confirmations for working experience of the employees or engaged persons for implementation or upgrade or maintenance of the required systems, issued by the end user, services beneficiary. The confirmation shall contain the following: title and headquarters of the end user, services beneficiary; - subject of the contract/type of performed work (implementation or upgrade or maintenance of the required systems); - statement for participation of the employees or engaged personnel in implementation or upgrade or maintenance of the required systems; - time and place of contract performance; Accompanying to the confirmation for years of work of the employees or engaged personnel of the previous point, it is necessary to also submit the following: -CV, signed by the employees or engaged personnel and sealed and signed by the candidate; - confirmation that the person is employed at the bidder or other evidence prescribed by the legislation of the country where the bidder is registered – in case when the person is employed at the bidder or – Contract for engagement of that person for realization of the project that is subject of the public procurement and which must be signed both by the engaged person and the authorized person of the bidder
