- Document on registered activity: - Certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where it was registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with a list of main deliveries of goods or performed services with values, dates, buyers (contractual authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate on performed deliveries or performed services:

- with a description of the technical staff and the technical authorities that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially of those responsible for quality control, and in an event of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the execution of works, regardless of whether they are employed at the economic operator or not:

- certificates and reports issued by competent quality control bodies with recognized competence, which test the suitability of the products that was clearly determined with the references to the specifications and the standards:

Standards for quality systems: Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate or an equivalent issued by an accredited body, with a number, date of issue and current validity of the Certificate, - Valid certificate for implemented Information Security Management Systems MKS EN ISO 27001:2013 or an equivalent, issued by an accredited body, with a number, date of issue and current validity of the certificate, - Valid certificate for implemented Information Technology Management Systems MKS EN ISO 20000:2015 or an equivalent, issued by an accredited body, with a number, date of issue and current validity of the certificate.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

A list of realized agreements with a certificate on successful realization of minimum 3 (three) realized agreements on implementation of backup site equipment,

A document with a brief professional profile of the persons who will be engaged for the project, as well as a copy of each of the required four (4) certificates for the persons for which they are indicated as a minimum requirement referred to in item 2.3.3.1 and a certificate from an employment agency or an engagement agreement.

Authorization MAF (MAF - Manufacturer Authorization Form) issued by the manufacturer of the offered equipment where the name of the authorized bidder (economic operator) should be indicated with an indication for the procedure No. _______ (the number of the procedure is being indicated),
