Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

-A Certificate of registered activity (form DRD) as proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity to perform the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered. The competent authority in the Republic of North Macedonia for issuing this document is the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia. A decision confirming that the Economic Operator fulfills the requirements in terms of space, equipment and personnel for the activity of wholesale trade in medical supplies and is approved for wholesale trade in medical supplies, issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of North Macedonia.

-A Decision for wholesale of drugs, including drugs, under special storage temperature regime of 2-8oC if the offer contains medicines that require a special temperature regime.

- A statement by the economic operator that in the last five years it has not been rendered a verdict for any criminal act as stated in Article 88 item 1 from the PPL

- Confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings opened against the operator by a competent authority

- Confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings opened against the operator by a competent authority

- Confirmation for paid taxes, benefits and other public duties from the competent authority in the country where the Economic Operator is registered.

- Certificate from the Registry of penalties for criminal acts by legal entities that minor penalty…

- Confirmation that a final judgment for sanction a prohibition of professional activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition for performing separate activity has not been imposed.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with a description of the technical personnel and technical bodies that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially those who are responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the performance of the works, regardless on whether they are employed by the economic operator or not:

-A Statement of the person graduated pharmacist with passed professional exam and attached proof of a valid work license, in charge of the phases of procurement (reception, storage and dispensing of the drugs)

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

-with a description of the technical conditions and measures that the economic operator uses to ensure quality as well as with a description of its facilities for development and research:

- Statement that it meets the requirements for safe storage, accommodation, transport and handling of medicines in accordance with the Regulation on the content of the request and the closer conditions in terms of space, equipment and staff for obtaining approval on wholesale of medicines ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova" number 151/08)
