PART 1. 4D Cardiac Ultrasound - Quantity 1 - 4D cardiac ultrasound with at least a 22 HD inch LCD monitor with a resolution of at least 1920x1080 pixels, 256 shades of gray and at least 16.7 million shades of color simultaneously and a viewing angle of at least 90 degrees - Auxiliary LED touch screen of at least 12 inches with high resolution - Possibility to connect at least five active probes - Applications and measurements for: Abdomen, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Small parts, Vascular and peripheral measurements, Pediatrics, Transpaneal and Cardiac measurements, Musculoskeletal parts, Cephalic measurements for children and adults, Thyroid, Transesophageal measurements - Operating modes minimum: 4D, 4D color, Tissue Doppler, M, Tissue M, Tracking, Strain, 2D strain rate, 4D strain rate, Synchronization, Blood Speckle - 2D strain option for left ventricle, right atrium and left atrium - Possibility of 2D and 4D echo-stress option - 4D whole volume in one heartbeat - 4D whole volume in multiple heartbeats - 4D LV volume, 4D LV mass - Image acquisition in two planes with the possibility of tilt and rotation - Three-plain color Doppler image acquisition - Embedded 4D mitral valve measurements and quantification - Embedded 4D measurements and quantification of aortic valve annulus measurement and quantification of the aorta - Embedded 4D measurements and quantification of the left atrium - Embedded 4D measurements and quantification of the right atrium - Embedded automatic measurement of the left ventricle with 4D technology with a curve of the volume of the left ventricle throughout the heart cycle, the possibility of changing the measurement data and automatic selection of the end of diastole and the peak of systole (minimum and maximum). - Possibility of fusion with CT image - 4D markers - Possibility to position the illumination of the 4D volume from any angle as desired by the user with shading in different colors to achieve a better perception of the depth of the volume - 4D rendering of the volume with a realistic anatomical view of the tissue - Interactive creation of multiple slices of the volume in live image after user selection that provides flexible selection of the desired 2D images from the volume being viewed - Tool for separation (top) of a part of the image from which the volume is requested in relation to the full image for a better and faster display of the valves or the zone of interest - Ability to view of a 4D image at the same time with multiple slices of the same volume in real time - Ability to rotate the 4D image view by 180 degrees when using the image slicer tool for a quick view of valves or tissue from both sides with one click - Possibility of transferring the data to a suitable station for analysis and additional measurements of the obtained results (to specify the station) - Display modes of operation: 2D+PV/CW;2D+CFM/TVI + PW+CFM+CW; 2D+CFM Angio/TVl/SRl/TT/Sl/TSl;2D+color split screen simultaneously; Real time Triplex mode, 2D+BiPlane, 2D+triplane, 2D+triplane+CFM/TVl/Speckle/AnatomicalM/CurvedAnatomicalM - 2D image display along with real-time 2D and color/angio - Display modes for 4D: two+one slice and rendered image; Quad View three slices+rendered image; View of slices only; Multi-slice live ; Biplane image; Triplane image; Crop image or three orthogonal slices with rendered image; Apical view of slices of three 60 degree angles for one with a rendered image - Possibility to select and display part of the volume of interest with just two clicks PROBES: - 4D cardiology probe (matrix technology) with a frequency range of at least 1 to 5.2 MHz, with a minimum of 44 volumes per second at a viewing angle of 90 degrees and a depth of 16 cm - A minimum of 1000 volumes when using a TEE probe - At least 1 GB of memory - Frequency range of the device from 1 to 18 MHz - Embedded DVD data recorder - ECG port with three-lead ECG cable for the patient - Embedded DICOM 3.0 option - Viewing depth 0-50cm depending on the probe - Frame rate in 2D at least 6,500 f/cek - TGC tuning with at least 8 depths Minimum 1 year warranty. - Embedded thermal printer. - Embedded system for direct network connection of the device with a service server for direct transmission of device parameters and the possibility of remote servicing and upgrading (to specify the system) PART 2. 4D Transesophageal Probe - Quantity 1 1. Transesophageal probe 4D model 6VT-D or equivalent - a new transesophageal 4D volume probe for the existing GE Vivid S70N ultrasound machine - to support the following applications at work: cardiology, LVO contrast and coronary anography - operating frequency from 3.0 to 8.0 MNE - number of probe elements: minimum 2500 elements - 900 field of view - Contact field dimensions: tip 0d at least 14x12mm and length of 45mm - Viewing depth of at least 20cm - To have three buttons on the handle of the probe that can be defined through the configuration of the device for their function
