Procurement, installation, and commissioning of a compressed air station: 3 (three) compressors with all the necessary accompanying equipment (tanks, separator, automatic condensate separator electronically controlled, cyclone separator, removal of moisture and oil at the output stage of the compressor and other accompanying equipment), Procurement, replacement and installation of copper pipe distribution, connection points, Distribution cabinets for compressed air to supply the Operating Block of 12 rooms and 2 rooms of Plastic Surgery, according to the European pharmacopeia, made according to the European directive 93/42/EEC. Manufacturing quality according to EN ISO 13485.

Certificate of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the object of procurement or evidence that he belongs to a suitable professional association under the regulations of the country where he is registered. 2. A copy of the Decision establishing that the economic operator must fulfill the requirements in terms of space, equipment, and personnel for the activity of wholesale trade in medicines and registration in the register of legal entities for wholesale trade in medical devices, issued by competent authority according to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

1. to have executed at least 3 (three) contracts for the performance of works in the subject area of procurement 2. to have employed or hired at least 1 (one) expert who holds a certificate for completed training for setting up and maintaining the equipment subject to purchase, 3. to have employed or engaged at least 1 (one) expert who holds a certificate for completed training for testing the equipment subject to purchase. 4. to have employed or engaged at least 1 (one) expert who holds a certificate for completed training for servicing the equipment subject to procurement. 5. to have employed or hired at least 1 (one) expert who holds a certificate for passing the hard soldering exam. 6. to provide a guarantee of the offered item of purchase for at least 1 (one) year, counted from the day of commissioning, during which period it is obliged to provide free service and free replacement of spare parts, 7. To prove that the characteristics of the offered goods correspond to the requirements in the technical specifications, the economic operator for all products that are subject to delivery must submit original catalogs/brochures/technical sheets with technical specifications, where the required characteristics will be clearly stated in the tender specification, 8. The goods, the subject of procurement, for which the offer is submitted, must be new and unused.
