By entering into an agreement for the public procurement in question, for the entire duration of the agreement for a period of 24 months, the holder of the procurement assumes the entire responsibility and risk for functional, smooth, stable and constant (24x7) operation of the Control and Management System of the public city transport and electronic ticket collection (AFC) for the needs of JSP-Skopje. The holder of the procurement for the entire duration of the contract for the public procurement in question will have to take care of regular and interventional maintenance of the system, while he has to bear the costs for the improvement of the software

Certificate of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person to perform the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association according to the regulations of the country where he is registered

Техничка и професионална способност:

a) The economic operator should have experts with the following qualifications:

- At least 2 (two) employees or hired persons who possess PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate or Prince2 (Project Management) certificate or equivalent;

- At least 1 (one) employee or hired person who holds a certificate in the area of process management ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation V3) or equivalent;

- At least 1 (one) certified employee or hired certified person for Microsoft-based technologies (.NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications or equivalent);

- At least 1 (one) employee or hired person certified for the development of application solutions based on Microsoft technologies (Web Developer 4 or equivalent)

b) The economic operator has quality executed at least 2 (two) contracts (completed realization) related to the subject of procurement in the last three years.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- Statement that it has at least 2 (two) employees or hired persons who possess PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate or Prince2 (Project Management) certificate or equivalent by attaching a copy of certificates of the persons who should possess them;

- Statement that it has at least 1 (one) employee or hired person who holds a certificate in the area of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process management or equivalent by attaching a copy of the certificates of the persons who should possess them;

- Statement that he has at least 1 (one) employee or hired certified person for Microsoft-based technologies (.NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications or equivalent) by attaching a copy of the certificate of the person who should possess it;

- Statement that it has at least 1 (one) employee or hired person certified for the development of application solutions based on Microsoft technologies (Web Developer 4 or equivalent), by attaching a copy of the certificates of the person who should possess them.

- List from the RSM Employment Agency (listing of employed persons no older than 30 (thirty) days from the day of the opening of the public procurement) if the persons are employed by the economic operator and/or employment contract for the persons if the persons are not employed, that is, they are engaged with the economic operator.

- List of deliveries of goods or services in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), with the provision of 2 (two) certificates for deliveries or services (completed) of the same or similar type as the subject of the procurement, issued by the recipients.

earing in mind that the Agreement number 08-660/1 of 30.06.2021 following the procedure carried out with announcement no. 07952/2021 for the procurement of provision of communication infrastructure and E-Cloud platform, functional and operational upgrade, equipment and parts for the needs of System for control and management of public city transport and electronic ticket collection with included support and maintenance for a period of 24 months, as well as annex number 1 to Agreement number 08-752/1 dated 27.06.2023 concluded between JSP Skopje and Makedonski Telecom AD Skopje s valid until 31.01.2024, with the aim of continuous monitoring, maintenance and functionality of the existing system and conclusion of a new contract by the end of January 2024 at the latest in order to meet the deadlines due to urgent reasons, the deadline will not be shorter than 20 days from the date of publication of the announcement for public procurement
