With this supply is going to extend the measuring points in municipalities where the measuring with the referent monitoring equipment for ambient air quality is not existing for better information of the public about the air quality. 1 (one) Automatic monitoring stations for measuring the ambient air quality is consisted of the following parts: Container where all equipment will be installed, Automatic analyzer for measuring of suspended particulate matter PM10, Automatic analyzer for measuring of suspended particulate matter PM2.5, Ozone (O3) analyzer, Nitrogen Monoxide/Nitrogen Dioxide/Nitrogen Oxides (NO/NO2/NOx) analyzer, Sulphur dioxide (SO2) analyzer, Carbon monoxide (CO) analyzer, Data Acquisition system, Meteorological equipment/sensors, Calibration dilution system, Automatic sequential standard/reference particulate low volume sampler (with PM10, PM2.5, PM1 sampling inlets), with included training for using, service, maintenance, calibration of the equipment.

Главни услови за финансирање и аранжмани за плаќање и/или упатување на релевантните одредби што ги уредуваат:

(1) The Contracting Authority undertakes to make payment of the agreed price within 30 (thirty) days following the delivery, installation, and testing of the subject of the contract, namely the Automatic Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station, at the previously designated micro-location specified in the Technical Specification, including the completion of training in accordance with the Technical Specification. (2) The Contractor shall submit an accurate and formally compliant Invoice to the registry/archive of the Contracting Authority, supported by a Delivery Note certified and signed by the contracting entity, to the account and bank previously communicated in writing by the Contractor. Attached to the Invoice, the Contractor shall also submit duly certified copies of the Delivery Note, Work Order, and Handover Report for the delivery of the subject of the contract, including a list of the delivered goods.

The Contractor guarantees that all equipment, materials, and services will comply with the technical specifications, tender documentation, accepted bid, and applicable laws and standards. Any deviation will be considered improper performance. The Contracting Authority may, at any stage, inspect, test, or verify the quality and compliance of the delivered goods or services. If the equipment or services do not meet the agreed requirements, the Contracting Authority may reject them and require replacement, repair, or correction at the Contractor’s expense. The Contractor must remedy any deficiencies without delay and within the deadline set by the Contracting Authority. Failure to do so may result in penalties or termination of the Contract. Acceptance or signing of a handover report does not waive the Contracting Authority’s rights regarding hidden defects discovered during use or within the warranty period.
