The proposed solution should contain the following protection parts:
1. Incident Protection and Response (EDR) System
a. for workstations
b. for email
c. for mobile devices.
Protection for each of the listed types of devices and services should be from the same manufacturer, with full integration and central console management, logging and reporting.
2. A system for centralized monitoring of logs and security incidents (SIEM) that will allow increasing the visibility and correlation of events and incidents from IT equipment, which will significantly shorten the time of reaction and handling of incidents.

• At least 1 (one) person Cyber Security Project Manager with: • completed higher education (or more) in the field of Information Technologies, • with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of Cyber Security, • to hold at least 5 Cyber Security certificates from recognized vendors such as SANS, EC-COUNCIL, eLearn, Mile2, CompTia or equivalent thereof. • At least 1 expert, incident responder, • with completed higher education (or more) in the field of Information Technologies, • with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of Cyber Security, • to hold at least 5 Cyber Security certificates from recognized vendors such as SANS, EC-COUNCIL, eLearn, Mile2, CompTia or equivalent thereof. • At least 1 expert as SIEM solution implementation expert: • who holds the highest level of valid certificate issued by the manufacturer of the offered SIEM solution or equivalent thereof. • At least 1 expert responsible for the implementation of endpoint detection and response solutions (EDR) • to hold a valid certificate issued by the manufacturer of the offered solution for the implementation of endpoint detection and response solutions (EDR) or equivalent thereof.
