At least 3 (three) contracts for the development of architectural and urban planning designs or urban projects in the last 5 years - At least 3 (three) contracts for the development of Basic High-Rise Designs, including all the phases therein, for the last 5 (five) years; - At least 1 (one) contract for the development of a Basic Kindergarten Design (including play areas - playground; green areas; and accesses, parking and economic yard) with all the phases therein, for the last 5 (five) years; - At least 2 (two) contracts for the development of Basic Warehouse Designs in the last 5 (five) years; - Contracts for the construction of at least 2 (two) buildings, including all the phases thereof, of which 1 (one) contract shall have a minimum value of MKD 120,000,000.00 excluding VAT, in the last 5 (five) years; - Contracts for the construction of at least 3 (three) civil engineering structures such as roads, bridges, railways etc. in the last 5 (five) years, of which 1 (one) shall have a minimum value of MKD 35,000,000.00 excluding VAT, by which traffic infrastructure, hydrotechnical infrastructure and street lighting was constructed, in the last 5 (five) years; - Contract for the construction of 1 (one) kindergarten with a minimum value of the building of MKD 110,000,000.00 excluding VAT, in the last 5 (five) years
