- Certificate of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for the performance of the activity related to the object of procurement or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where he is registered.

- Decision/Approval for wholesale trade in medical devices in the territory of RSM issued by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

Техничка и професионална способност:

For registered medical devices:

- For the offered goods, the economic operator must have a secured approval for placing a medical device on the market, or a temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices;

For unregistered medical devices:

- For the offered goods, the economic operator must have…

… a document allowing import (authorization for intervention import) in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices;

… provided a document with precisely marked characteristics and specifications that correspond to the requirements of the technical specification of the Tender Documentation;

… provided a document issued by the manufacturer of the equipment confirming that the offered goods are compatible with the specified devices from the technical specification, except for sections 9, 10 and 14;

… provided a document issued by the manufacturer of the equipment confirming that the economic operator can, the offered goods, distribute, apply and conduct training, except for sections 9, 10 and 14.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For registered medical devices:

- Approval for placing a medical device on the market, or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices;

For unregistered medical devices:

- Document allowing import (authorization for intervention import) in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices;

- Catalog with precisely marked features and specifications that correspond to the requirements of the technical specification of the Tender documentation;

- Statement issued by the manufacturer of the equipment confirming that the offered goods are compatible with the listed devices from the technical specification, except for sections 9, 10 and 14;

- Authorization / authorization issued by the manufacturer of the equipment confirming that the Economic Operator can, the offered goods, distribute, apply and carry out training, except for sections 9, 10 and 14.
