- a statement verifying that no effective court decision has been passed against the economic operator in the course of the last 5 years for committing crime, pursuant to article 88, paragraph 1 from the Law on Public Procurement;

- a certificate verifying that no bankruptcy proceedings are underway, issued by a competent authority;

- a certificate verifying that no liquidation procedure is underway, issued by a competent authority;

- a certificate verifying payment of taxes, contributions and other public charges, issued by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

- a certificate from the Register of penalties for committed crimes by legal persons, verifying that no secondary penalty of…

… prohibition to participate in public call procedures, be awarded public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts has been passed against the economic operator;

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform individual activity has been passed against the economic operator;

- a certificate verifying that no effective court decision – misdemeanour sanction has been passed against the economic operator – prohibition to perform profession, activity or other duty, or temporary prohibition to perform certain activity;

- a document for registered activity verifying that the economic operator is registered in the Register of Food Production Facilities and Food Operators, issued by the Food and Veterinary Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- the economic operator has to provide a bank statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and if necessary, a bank statement of the turnover in the area required in the public procurement contract for the last 3 (three) financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date the company was founded on and has started working, verifying the economic operator has cumulatively generated income in the subject matter of the public procurement or a similar one, of a minimum of 60,000,000.00 MKD, for the following 3 (three) years: 2020, 2021, 2022, including cumulatively generated income of a minimum of 30,000,000.00 MKD related to activity 56, that is, cooked meals, for the following 3 (three) years: 2020, 2021, 2022.

- in accordance with the quality performance index of the Republic of North Macedonia, the economic operator has to verify quality business performance by presenting their financial result, that is, their generated income for the following three years: 2020, 2021, 2022, which shall not be less than the average income related to activity 56 – providing cooked meals in the Republic of North Macedonia for 2020, 2021, 2022.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A bank statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and if necessary, a bank statement of the turnover in the area required in the public procurement contract for the last 3 (three) financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date the company was founded on and has started working, verifying the economic operator has cumulatively generated income in the area required in the public procurement or a similar one, of a minimum of MKD 60 000 000.00, within the past 3 (three) years (2020, 2021, 2022), including a cumulatively generated income of a minimum of MKD 30 000 000 in an activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract i.e. ready-made meals, within the past 3 (three) years (2020, 2021, 2022).

— A document – a report on the balance sheet statement and the income statement issued by the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia (for 2020, 2021, 2022).

Техничка и професионална способност:

- the economic operator has to have at their disposal at least 3 (three) refrigerated transportation vehicles with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees Celsius and transport capacity of at least 600 kg for the purpose of distributing animal products.

- the economic operator has to have employed or hired at least 3 (three)…

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— A reference list of deliveries of the same or similar type of commodity as the subject of the procurement, made in the last 3 (three) years (2020, 2021, 2022) with data on figures, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by verifying executed contracts and performed deliveries, issued by the recipients, with a cumulative income of a minimum of MKD 60 000 000.00; the economic operators shall also verify executing at least 3 (three) contracts in the activity related to the subject of the public procurement – ready-made meals, in the minimum amount of MKD 30 000 000.00, and shall provide at least 3 (three) certificates verifying successful business collaboration with contracting authorities and economic operators in the last 3 (three) years (2020, 2021, 2022) in the activity related to the subject of public procurement – ready-made meals in the minimum amount of MKD 30 000 000.00.

— For at least 3 (three) vehicles a copy of a driving licence, and a copy of a document verifying that the thermometer of the transportation vehicle has been calibrated. These documents shall verify that the economic operator shall distribute animal products by using a refrigerated transportation vehicle with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees and transport capacity of at least 600 kg; the economic operator may also provide a valid document verifying that another economic operator shall provide all necessary technical and professional resources, that is, a refrigerated vehicle with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees and transport capacity of at least 600 kg (as well as a document verifying that the thermometer of the transportation vehicle has been calibrated).

— A statement verifying that technical staff, at least 3 (three)…
