- statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for a committed crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the LPP;
- confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;
- confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

The economic operator should have a system for providing 24/7 technical support in case of problems and in case of availability of new software versions for the duration of the contract with a response during working hours (8 hours 5 days a week), through provided communication channels including telephone number, e-mail address and a ticketing system.

By expanding the system, the Agency will be able to constantly monitor, aggregate, analyze and protect the flow of data in network traffic, in real time, as well as detect advanced cyber-attacks and threats of a security nature.
