In order to prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents:
- statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered an effective verdict for a committed crime under Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement,
- certificate that a bankruptcy proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
- certificate that a liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority,
- certificate on paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,
- certificate from the Legal Entities Penalty Registry that it…

- with a description of the technical staff and technical authorities that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially to those who are responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in performing the works, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not: - STATEMENT, in which the economic operator confirms what technical personnel and what technical organs or machines it owns, in which their description will be given in particular for equipment and training of the economic operator, as well as the persons who are responsible for the quality of the subject of purchase. The statement must be in accordance with the conditions requested in the previous point 2.4.1. paragraph 2, as attached evidence for the method of hiring employees, their education, the certificates for welders, for part 1, and for part 2, attached proof of the education of the mechanical engineer. for part 2 The contracting authority reserves the right to inspect the production capacity of the bidders during the evaluation in order to determine and check the given statement, especially regarding the correctness of the machines from the requested machinist park, as well as whether they have all the metalworking, clamping, auxiliary and measuring tools, as well as in the realization of the purchase, by a commission of technical persons formed by the contracting authority.
