- certificate that a liquidation proceeding is not open by a competent authority,

- certificate on paid taxes, contributions, and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered,

- certificate from the Legal Entities Penalty Registry that it…

… is not being imposed a side sanction – prohibition to participate in public procurements, contract award procedures, and public-private partnership award procedures,

… was not imposed a side sanction - temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity,
