Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— that in the last 5 years has been rendered a final decision for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— who has been given a supporting ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award of public supply contracts and public private partnership;

— who has a minor penalty imposed temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activities;

— who is in the process of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings;

— who has unpaid taxes and other taxes;

— who has been given sanction — prohibition of professional activity or duty, and temporary prohibition for performing certain activities; and

— who gives false information or fails to submit the data requested by the contracting authority.

In order to prove his personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was pronounced verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

— confirmation that there is no bankruptcy proceedings by the competent authority;

— confirmation that there is no procedure for liquidation by a competent authority.

Certificate for paid taxes and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator is established:

— a certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed minor penalty…

… ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award of public supply contracts and public-private partnership;

… temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activities; and

— confirmation that the final sentence has been imposed sanction — prohibition of professional activity or duty, and temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.

To prove the quality standards, the economic operator proves the fulfillment of the standard from subsection by submitting:

For Part 1

- a copy of a valid ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent

- a copy of a valid ISO 14001 certificate or equivalent

- a copy of a valid ISO 20121 certificate or equivalent

For Part 2

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- Balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet report, in cases where publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For PART 1:

The economic operator has achieved at least an income of MKD 8,000,000.00 in the last three years, for each year individually (2020, 2021 and 2022).

For PART 2:

The economic operator has achieved at least an income of MKD 3,000,000.00 in the last three years, for each year individually (2020, 2021 and 2022).

Техничка и професионална способност:

For PART 1:

Fulfillment of the required conditions is proven by:

- List of services performed in the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022) with specified events, contracting parties and dates of conclusion, as well as confirmations for timely and quality performed contracts for at least 3 realized events;

- Confirmation from the Employment Agency for at least 10 employed persons not older than 15 days counting back from the day designated as the deadline for submitting offers or other evidence of an established legal (working, hired) relationship of the employees/engaged persons.

For PART 2:

- List of services performed in the last 5 years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022) with a description of performed services for video production of events, i.e. production of video materials, documentaries with contracting parties and dates of conclusion as well as confirmations for timely and quality executed contracts for at least 3 performed services;

- Confirmation from the Employment Agency for at least 15 employed persons not older than 15 days counting back from the day designated as the deadline for submission of offers or other proof of an established legal (working, hired) relationship of the employees/engaged persons.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- Experience in successfully executed contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last three (3) years. The bidder must have concluded and implemented at least 3 (three) contracts for the organization of events with full logistical, technical and creative support in the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022).

- To have at least 10 employees or hired persons;

- Experience in successfully implemented contracts related to the subject of procurement in the last five (5) years. The bidder must have concluded and implemented at least 3 (three) contracts for video production of events, i.e. production of video materials, documentaries in the last 5 years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022).

- To have at least 15 employees or hired persons;

Извршување на договорот
Услови за извршување на договорот:

The contract for the public procurement will be valid from the day of conclusion of the contract by both contracting parties until September 31, 2023.

The events will take place in the period from August 2023 to September 2023.

Due to the selection of lecturers and entertainers, exact dates cannot be specified and they will be determined depending on their availability. After the conclusion of the contract, the contracting authority will promptly inform the holder of the procurement about the number of guests, cultural manifestations and events and the necessary creative.

The service will be delivered successively, that is, as needed, depending on the number of events and the number of participants who should attend the cultural events and trainings.
