Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

- Certificate of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for the performance of the activity related to the subject of procurement or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where he is registered.

- Notification from AEK for the provision of public electronic communication services (data transmission services), as proof that the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by law have been met.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- to have achieved a turnover of no less than EUR 600,000.00 per year in denar equivalent, in the last three years

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- extract from the entire turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised income statement) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, and that at most for the last three financial years years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the enterprise was founded or started operations and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- The Economic Operator should have at least 3 (three) or more international terrestrial links with a minimum transport capacity of 10 Gbps on each of the links and they should be redundantly and balancing configured with the BGP protocol

- The economic operator should have experience in providing the service for Internet symmetric access and VPN connection with at least 3 contracting authorities or economic operators, in the last 3 years

- The economic operator should have installed a minimum of 100 VPN points in the last 3 years

- The economic operator should have competent technical personnel, that is, he should have hired at least 3 (three) IT experts, of which at least 1 (one) person should have a suitable certificate in the field of the procurement in question.

- Evidence (copy of a valid contract) with international operators for the provision of at least 3 (three) or more international terrestrial links with a minimum transport capacity of 10 Gbps on each of the links, redundantly and balancing configured with BGP protocol;

- List of main deliveries of services performed in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing at least 3 confirmations of performed deliveries or performed services

- Statement of the Economic Operator that in the last 3 years it has installed a minimum of 100 VPN points

- Declaration of the economic operator that he has competent technical personnel, regardless of whether he directly belongs to the economic operator, by attaching documents - brief biographies of the competent technical personnel (professional staff) and copies of certificates.
