To demonstrate the capability to engage in professional activities, the economic operator should provide:

Confirmation of registered activity as evidence that they are registered as an individual or legal entity to conduct activities related to the subject of procurement, or proof that they belong to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where they are registered.

to meet the requirement of having achieved a minimum total revenue of 120,000,000.00 Macedonian Denars in the last three years (2020, 2021, and 2022) for each year individually, you will need to provide financial statements or other documentation that demonstrates your organization's revenue for those specific years.

The balance sheet should provide details about your organization's assets (such as cash, accounts receivable, and property) and liabilities (such as loans, accounts payable, and accrued expenses) at the end of each of the specified years (2020, 2021, and 2022).

The economic operator must have the following qualifications and work experience for its team, including the necessary certifications:

Cyber Security Project Manager (At least 1 individual):

Holds a degree (or higher) in the field of Information Technology.

Has a minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT technologies and managerial positions.

Possesses at least 1 project management certificate such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Incident Responder Specialist (At least 1 individual):

Has a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the field of Cyber Security.

Possesses at least 5 cyber security certificates from recognized vendors such as SANS, EC-COUNCIL, eLearn, Mile2, CompTia, or equivalent.

Threat Hunter Specialist (At least 1 individual):

Possesses at least 3 specialized cyber security certificates such as CEH, ECSA, CPTE, CND, ECIH, Security+, eJPT, GPEN, GCIA, GCIH, GSOC, or equivalent.

Security Analysts (At least 5 individuals):

Each possesses at least 1 cyber security certificate such as CEH, eJPT, or equivalent.

SIEM Solutions Implementation Expert (At least 1 individual):

Holds the highest-level valid certificate issued by the manufacturer of the offered SIEM solution.

Mail-relay Solutions Implementation Expert (At least 1 individual):

Holds the highest-level valid certificate issued by the manufacturer of the offered mail-relay solution.

Network Security Technology Expert (At least 1 individual):

Possesses a valid professional-level certificate for the offered DNS protection solution issued by the manufacturer of the offered solution.

These are the minimum qualifications and work experience required as specified in the document. Your organization must meet all of these conditions to qualify for participation in the public procurement. Ensure that you submit the appropriate documentation and certifications to verify the qualifications and experience of your team members.

3 projects for penetration testing of internal and external systems and computer networks in government institutions

3 projects for incident response services for cyber security incidents

A list of technical personnel who will be involved in the execution of the service, along with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider, including:

For the Cyber Security Project Manager, provide:

Detailed CV as evidence of 10 years of work experience in the field of IT technologies and managerial positions

A specific statement signed by the Project Manager to prove the required experience

Diploma for relevant completed education

Copies of relevant certificates

For the Incident Responder Specialist, provide:

Detailed CV as evidence of 10 years of work experience in the field of Cyber Security

A specific statement signed by the Incident Responder to prove their experience in projects

For the Threat Hunter Specialist, provide:
