The supplier is obliged to deliver the amounts which are subject of this agreement…
… successively, in accordance with the purchaser’s needs and in accordance with a previously submitted order, thus the purchaser is not obliged to fulfill the complete amount stated in Article 1 of this agreement.
… in a period of 3 (three) days from the day of the receipt of the order, to the hospital pharmacy in the Public Health Institution Specialized hospital for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases – Ohrid, settlement “St. Stefan” b.b. and on the day of the delivery, the goods’ period of sterility shall be at least half from the estimated period of sterility.
The delivery of the medical dispensable material is considered completed when the person authorized by the purchaser and the person authorized by the supplier sign the receipt.
The supplier is obliged to submit a user’s guidelines in Macedonian for the delivered medical dispensable material.

In order to qualify, the economic operator shall confirm the required technical and professional competence for quality fulfillment of the agreement via the following minimal conditions:
- offering medical devices and materials that are in accordance with the requirements in the technical specifications.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the minimal conditions by submitting:
- catalogues for each part of the subject of procurement must be submitted along with the offer. These catalogues shall contain a detailed description of the characteristics of the offered goods in either Macedonian or English, and those characteristics shall be clearly marked in accordance with the requirements in the technical specifications (a scanned catalogue attached on ESPP).

Guarantee for quality fulfillment of the agreement
- The contracting authority shall ask from the seller whose offer is chosen as the most favourable to provide a bank guarantee for quality and promptly fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 10% of the agreement value with VAT. The sellers are obliged to also submit a Statement for providing a guarantee for quality and promptly fulfillment of the agreement.

- A decision for putting a medical device into circulation or a temporary or permanent permission for parallel import in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.
- A statement that on the day of the delivery, the offered medical devices and materials’ period of sterility is at least half from the estimated period of sterility.
