A detailed description of the subject of procurement is given in the technical specifications, attached to this
tender documentation.
The subject of procurement is indivisible. The bidder should include all components in his bid. Otherwise, the
offer will be considered unacceptable.
The public procurement contract will be awarded using an open procedure that will end with the use of an
electronic auction in order to obtain new downwardly corrected prices.
The subject of the electronic auction will be based on the criterion : the lowest price.

Техничка и професионална способност:
The bidder must have a service center with employed service technicians and service vehicles for the offered
vehicle in the territory of RSM;
Experience in successfully realized at least 2 (two) timely and quality deliveries of the same or similar NEW
vehicles from the last five years
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Certificate confirming that there is an authorized service available for servicing the offered motor vehicles with
employed service technicians and service vehicles in the territory of RSM;
List of successfully completed at least 2 (two) timely and high-quality deliveries of the same or similar NEW
vehicles from the last five years, with dates of conclusion, buyers - contractual parties, with provision of
confirmation of delivered goods issued by the recipients, according to the given list or a statement by the
responsible person with all previously established requirements.
