The purchase refers to services with construction machinery needed to perform current work of the enterprise at the Landfill Rusino, Gostivar, North Macedonia.
Bidders should be ready for immediate intervention when hiring the construction machines due to the specificity of the activity performed by the Public Enterprise Rusino/Polog and start performing the services within a maximum of 2 hours after receiving the work order.
The holder of the procurement is obliged, in the event of a breakdown of certain machinery subject to this procurement, to replace or repair it within a maximum of 3 hours for the smooth running of the works.
Engagement of a crawler bulldozer with a load capacity of over 19 tons with a worker for compaction, spreading of all types of waste and arrangement of the Rusino landfill, on 1 unit per hour work.

-To prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

-Confirmation of registered activity as proof that he is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of procurement or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where he is registered.

-Evidence issued by a competent authority for the fulfillment of the special conditions for the performance of the activity prescribed in accordance with the law relating to the subject of public procurement.

The economic and financial capacity required from the candidate or tenderer to perform the contract is detailed in the procurement documents available at the web address indicated in Section I.3.

Техничка и професионална способност:

2.4.3.1 The contracting authority will determine the necessary technical and professional ability for quality execution of the contract through the following minimum conditions:

1. Availability of technical equipment for the purchase in question

For the procurement in question, the economic operator must have or provide min. 1 crawler bulldozer with a load capacity of over 19 tons.

2.4.3.2. The economic operator proves the fulfillment of the minimum conditions from subsection 2.4.3.1 by submitting:

1. A list of performed services with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), and providing a confirmation for the performed services, which will include the subject of the performed service and the period of performance of the service and a completed form for performed services. Statement on its reliability.

2. Description of the technical staff, with first and last name, with professional and qualification structure employed or hired persons or Copy of form M1/M2 issued by the Employment Agency.

3. Statement on disposal of the technical equipment. The statement should contain: make/type of vehicle, vehicle registration. Copy of the Traffic Book.

2.4.3.3. The evidence from point 2.4.3.2 is drawn up and electronically signed by the economic operator himself.
