Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

Certificate of registered activity and Permit for privatesecurity in the form of provision of physical security services issued by the Ministry of internal affairs (in accordance with the law on private security - Official Gazette of the RSM No. 166/12, 164/13, 148/15, 193/15, 55/16).

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- Proof of relevant insurance for professional risk compensation.

- Statement of the company's total income (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, an audited income statement) and, where required, a statement of income in the area covered with the public procurement contract, and that at most for the last three financial years for which they are available

such information depending on the date on which the company was founded or started operating and in depending on the availability of such information

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Valid contract - policy for workplace injury insurance for employees and Valid contract - insurance policy from general and professional liability for damages caused by third parties of the insured amount of 100,000.00 euros.

Value of the debt level indicator, to be at least the same or below the average of the activity for 2022,

Value of the indicator of general and current liquidity should be at least the same or above the average of the activity for 2022,

Value of the turnover ratio indicator of existing assets, to be at least the same or above the average of the activity for the year 2022,

Value of the indicator of the efficiency ratio, to be at least the same or above the average of the activity for the year 2022 and

Value on the gross margin and profit margin ratio indicator, to be at least the same or above the activity average for 2022.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with a list of main deliveries of goods or performed services with values, dates, buyers (contractual authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed,

- with a description of the technical conditions and measures that the economic operator uses to ensure quality as well as with a description of its capacities for development and research,

- with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or of the contractor or of its management staff, provided that they are not evaluated as a criterion for selecting the most favorable offer,

- with a statement about the instruments, plants or technical equipment, which the service provider or contractor of the works is available for the execution of the contract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

-Yes has realized at least 6 (six) contracts for services of the same or similar type from the procurement in question in the last 3 (three) years, with a value of MKD 3,500,000.00 without calculated VAT.

-To possess a valid authorization for the use of radio frequencies in land mobile service issued by AEK; At least 100 (one hundred) officials identification cards issued by the Chamber for Private Security of the Republic of Macedonia;

-To be a member of the Chamber of private security of the Republic of Macedonia;

-To have a contract that will serve as proof that employees had health examinations and other medical services;

-List of material and technical means at his disposal;

- To have at least 100 (one hundred) executors with valid security licenses in full-time employment issued by the Private Security Chamber of the Republic of Macedonia;

-There must be a minimum of 3 (three) persons for technical security with valid IDs;

-To have groups for rapid intervention that will be ready for emergency interventions;

-To have employed at least 100 people who have a certificate for fire protection;

- To possess at least 20 (twenty) portable encrypted radio communication devices;

-To own at least 12 (twelve) pieces of firearms;

-To own at least 10 marked patrol vehicles;

-To have a central one monitoring system (duty operation center) with technical details about the operating system (Back up capabilities, systems, specification, number of employees).
