or proof that he belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where

3.2 Economic and financial condition For Part 1, the economic operator must have achieved a minimum revenue of 80,000,000.00 denars in the last three years, separately for each year (2020, 2021, and 2022). For Part 2, the economic operator must have achieved a minimum revenue of 100,000,000.00 denars in the last three years, separately for each year (2020, 2021, and 2022).

3.2.2 To prove their capability to perform professional activities, the economic operator must provide:

• A balance sheet report issued by the competent authority or an audited balance sheet, or excerpts from the balance sheet report, where the publication of the balance sheet is required by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

• An extract from the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by the competent authority or an audited income statement) and, where required, a statement of income in the area covered by the public procurement contract, for at most the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date the enterprise was established or commenced operations and the availability of such information.

A balance sheet report issued by the competent authority or an audited balance sheet, or excerpts from the balance sheet report, where the publication of the balance sheet is required by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

3.3.1 To qualify as capable of executing the subject procurement contract from a technical or professional perspective, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

For Part 1:

• Have printed a total print run of at least 400,000 (four hundred thousand) monographic publications printed in full color (4/4) in the last three years (2020, 2021, and 2022).

• Have at least 2 (two) four-color offset printing machines, with at least one in B1 format and at least one in B2 format.

• Have at least 1 (one) color digital printing machine.

• Have at least 2 (two) reel-winding machines for printed sheets, with at least one in B1 format.

• Have at least 1 (one) machine for assembling reel-wound sheets.

• Have at least 1 (one) machine for binding book blocks with automatic soft cover feeding.

• Have at least 1 (one) three-sided trimming machine for trimming book blocks as finished products.

• Have at least 30 (thirty) regular employees or contracted personnel.

• Have at least 5 (five) freight vehicles for textbook distribution.

For Part 2:

• Have printed a total circulation of at least 500,000 (five hundred thousand) monographic publications printed in color (4/4) in the last three years (2020, 2021, and 2022).

• Have at least 2 (two) four-color offset printing machines, including at least one in B1 format.

• Have a minimum of 2 (two) machines for rolling printed sheets, with at least one in B1 format.

• Have a minimum of 1 (one) machine for gathering rolled sheets.

• Have a minimum of 1 (one) machine for gluing the book block with automatic insertion of soft cover - BINDER.

• Have a minimum of 1 (one) machine - three-knife trimmer for trimming the book block as a finished product.

• Have at least 30 (thirty) employees in regular employment or engaged workers.

• Have at least 5 (five) cargo vehicles for textbook distribution.

3.4.1 To qualify as capable of performing the subject matter from the perspective of quality management systems and environmental management standards, the economic operator must meet the following standard:

For Part 1 and Part 2:

• A valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate or equivalent.

• A valid ISO 14001:2015 certificate or equivalent.

For Part 1:

• A valid ISO 14001:2015 certificate or equivalent.
