3.1.2 To demonstrate the capability to perform professional activities for Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, and Part 5, the economic operator is required to submit:

Certificate of registered activity as evidence of being registered as an individual or legal entity for conducting the activity related to the subject of procurement or proof of belonging to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration.

- DRD (Document of Registered Activity) form.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

For Part 1:

The economic operator should have achieved minimum revenues of 20,000,000.00 MKD (twenty million Macedonian denars) in the last three years, individually for each year (2020, 2021, 2022).

For Part 2:

The economic operator should have achieved minimum revenues of 10,000,000.00 MKD (ten million Macedonian denars) in the last three years, individually for each year (2020, 2021, 2022).

For Part 3:

The economic operator should have achieved minimum revenues of 4,000,000.00 MKD (four million Macedonian denars) in the last three years, individually for each year (2020, 2021, 2022).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- Balance Sheet Report issued by the competent authority, or audited balance sheet statements, in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is required by law in the country where the economic operator is registered.

- Statement of Comprehensive Income from the balance sheet report issued by the competent authority, or audited statements of comprehensive income, covering the most recent three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date of establishment or commencement of operations of the enterprise and the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

For Part 1:

- Have performed translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing services for at least 20 (twenty) monographic publications from Macedonian to Albanian language in the last 3 (three) years (May 2020 - May 2023).

- Employ or engage at least 1 (one) qualified individual with a higher education degree in the field related to the subject matter of the textbook for professional editing of textbooks.

For Part 2:

- Have performed translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing services for at least 15 (fifteen) monographic publications from Macedonian to Turkish language in the last 3 (three) years (May 2020 - May 2023).

For Part 3:

- Have performed translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing services for at least 10 (ten) monographic publications from Macedonian to Serbian language in the last 3 (three) years (May 2020 - May 2023).

- Employ or engage at least 1 (one) qualified individual with a higher education degree in the field related to the subject matter of the textbook for professional editing of textbooks, with knowledge of the standard Serbian language.

For Part 4:

- Have performed translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing services for at least 10 (ten) monographic publications from Macedonian to Bosnian language in the last 3 (three) years (May 2020 - May 2023).

For Part 5:

- Have performed professional editing, graphic and technical editing services for at least 40 (forty) monographic publications in Macedonian, Albanian, Turkish, Serbian, and/or Bosnian language in the last 3 (three) years (May 2020 - May 2023).

For parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5:

Valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate or equivalent.

Valid ISO 17100:2015 certificate or equivalent.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Part 1:

- A list of performed services for translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing of at least 20 (twenty) monographic publications from Macedonian to Albanian language in the last 3 (three) years. The list should include the title of the publication, type of monographic publication, publisher, year of publication, name and surname of the individual who performed professional editing and graphic technical editing, along with the proof/certificates issued by the competent authority (contracting authorities or economic operators) confirming the successful completion of the listed services in the last 3 years (May 2020 - May 2023). The list should be accompanied by imprint pages for the mentioned publications.

- A statement issued by the economic operator confirming the employment or engagement of at least 1 (one) qualified individual with a higher education degree in the field related to the subject matter of the textbook for professional editing of textbooks.

Note:

The record from the Cataloging in Publication record (CIP) will be considered relevant when verifying the number of publications. Each edition, regardless of being a web or print version, will be counted as a separate publication if it has a different CIP record. For example, if one title has both a printed and web version and they have separate CIP records, they will be counted as 2 (two) separate publications.

Monographic publications refer to various materials published in the form of books (academic monographs, textbooks, other educational materials, anthologies, guides, novels, poetry).

For Part 2:

- A list of performed services for translation, proofreading, professional editing, and graphic and technical editing of at least 15 (fifteen) monographic publications from Macedonian to Turkish language in the last 3 (three) years. The list should include the title of the publication, type of monographic publication, publisher, year of publication, name and surname of the individual who performed professional editing and graphic technical editing, along with the proof/certificates issued by the competent authority (contracting authorities or economic operators) confirming the successful completion of the listed services in the last 3 years (May 2020 - May 2023). The list should be accompanied by imprint pages for the mentioned publications.

For Part 3:

- A list of at least 10 (ten) monographic publications translated, proofread, professionally edited, and graphically and technically edited from Macedonian to Serbian language in the last 3 (three) years. The list should include the title of the publication, type of monographic publication, publisher, year of publication, name and surname of the individual who performed professional editing and graphic technical editing. Additionally, provide confirmations/certificates issued by the competent authority (contracting authorities or economic operators) validating the successful execution of the listed services within the past 3 years (May 2020 - May 2023). Include imprint pages for the referenced publications.
