To prove the ability to perform the professional activity under SECTION 1 and SECTION 2, the bidder is required to submit attached to his bid a valid certificate for registered activity in evidence of being registered as a natural or legal person for performing activities related to the subject of the public procurement contract or other evidence of the bidder being a member of a related professional association in keeping with the regulations of the country of the bidder’s registration

Техничка и професионална способност:

FOR SECTION 1

1. Upon submitting their bids, bidders must attach traffic permits for each representative vehicle and also for representative vehicles that are not owned by the Economic Operator, i.e. the Bidder, but are the property of other legal or natural persons. When submitting bids, Bidders are further required to attach specific valid contracts (duly archived and certified with signatures, seals, and dates of signature of both contracting parties attached thereon) they have entered into with such legal or natural persons (leasing contract, rental contract and similar contracts). Contracts that do not contain all of the herein listed requirements will not be considered valid during evaluation of bids.

FOR SECTION 2

1. A minimum of 2 (two) deliveries of services related to the subject of the procurement performed over the last 3 (three) years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), attested by submitting certificates proving the delivery of said services as issued by their receivers;

2. The bidder is required to conduct operations by having a minimum permanent staff or hired persons for performing the procurement contract of 4 (four).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

SECTION 1:

a description of the technical requirements and measures that the economic operator uses to ensure quality, coupled with a description of its capacities for development and research;

- traffic permits for each representative vehicle;

- for representative vehicles that are not owned by the Economic Operator, i.e. the Bidder, but are owned by other legal or natural persons, when submitting the bids, the Bidders must also attach specific valid contracts.

SECTION 2:

1) A list of a minimum of 2 (two) deliveries of services performed in the last 3 (three) years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by submitting certificates for said services delivered as issued by their receivers;

2) The economic operator is required to submit a Written Statement attached to the bid of operating with a staff of hired persons of a minimum of 4 (four), listing their first and last names – whereby as evidence of said persons being employed or hired, the economic operator is required to submit a Listing of Staff or Hired Persons for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract as issued by the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia and not older than 30 days from the deadline for submission of bids or of contracts for hiring persons who are not permanent staff at the economic operator.
