• Statement of the economic operator that, within the last five years, he/she has not had any legally effective

judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced

against him/her; • Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent

authority; • Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;

• Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country

where the economic operator is registered; • Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes

by Legal Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or

awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her; •

Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal Persons, that a secondary sentence

for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against

him/her; • Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving

prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against

him/her.

private security - Official Gazette of the Republic of Northern Macedonia No. 166/12, 164/13, 148/15, 193/15, 55/16 и 302/20,

Copy of valid agreement – insurance policy against occupational injury

- Copy of valid agreement – insurance policy against professional liability with minimum sum insured of EUR

100.000,00,

-Statement of the company's overall income (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised income statement), for the last three financial years 2020, 2021 and 2022 (with a minimum annual income of not less than 35,000,000.00 denars) for which such information is available depending on the date on which the company was founded or started working and depending on the availability of such information (Report on the balance sheet and data from the income statement issued by the competent authority, the Central Register of the Republic of Northern Macedonia).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

-Has an insurance policy against occupational injury

- Has an insurance policy against professional liability with minimum sum insured of EUR 100.000,00,

-minimum annual income for the last three years 2020, 2021 and 2022 not less than MKD 35,000,000.00 (total for all three years),

To own a certain minimum value of performance indicators, which among other things express the levels of

stability, liquidity and performance, including a comparison with the indicators of the average activity

related to the subject of the public procurement, that is:

1. Value of the indicator of the degree of indebtedness, expressed as a percentage, must be at least the same or below the average of the activity for

2022,

2. Value of the general and current liquidity indicator, expressed as a percentage,must be at least the same or above the average of the activity for 2022,

3. The value of the indicator of the coefficient of turnover of existing assets, expressed as a percentage, must be

at least the same or above the average of the activity for 2022,

4. Value of the coefficient indicator of economy, expressed as a percentage, must be at least the same or above the average of activity for 2022

5.Value of the gross margin and profit margin ratio indicator, expressed as a percentage, must be at least the same or above the average of the activity for the year 2022

Техничка и професионална способност:

-List of main services (Reference list) of the bidders or candidates performed in the last three years, with

values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing 7 (seven) references for

performed services or certificates for successfully realized contracts (completed realization) related to the

subject of the procurement issued by the recipients,

- Statement that the economic operator has at its disposal 7 patrol vehicles for rapid interventions that will

come quickly and most efficiently for emergency interventions, clearly marked and branded as patrol vehicles,

equipped with GPS system with gauge during intervention, with specification - list of consumable vehicles ,

- Statement from the responsible person that there are 20 (twenty) portable communication devices available,

-Proof that it has 50 official IDs issued by the Chamber for Private Security of RS Macedonia. As proof is submitted a Certificate issued by the Chamber of Private Security of the Republic of Macedonia, for the number of issued IDs of the economic operator,

- Statement that he owns at least 3 vehicles capable of off-road driving with a list of the same,

- Statement that it has a Central Communication System with min. 90% coverage on the territory of RSM and central voice database with recordings of all conversations.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

-To have at least 7(seven) successfully realized contracts (completed realization) related to the subject of procurement in the last three years,

-To have at least 7 (seven) patrol vehicles, clearly marked branded as patrol vehicles, equipped with GPS

system with intervention time meter.

- To have at least 20 (twenty) portable communication devices,

- to have at least 50 official IDs issued by the Chamber for Private Security of RS Macedonia,,

- To have at least 3 vehicles capable of off-road driving,

- To have a Central Communication System with min. 90% coverage on the territory of RSM and central voice database with recordings of all conversations.
