Balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet report, in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The bidder must have minimum income in the amount of at least 10,000,000.00 euros without VAT in total in the last financial year year, which is proven by a report on the balance sheet and data from the income statement issued from a competent authority for the last financial year.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or of the contractor or of its management staff, provided that they are not evaluated as a criterion for choosing the most favorable offer,

- with a statement about the instruments, plants or technical equipment, which the service provider or contractor of the works is available for the execution of the contract.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

● The bidder should have a minimum of 500 employees, which is proven by a statement, supported by a certificate from a competent state institution for records of employed persons and a valid payment document (declaration from the IRS).

● The bidder must have employed a minimum of 10 people (service personnel) who will have an office in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia and will be available every working day, which is proven by a confirmation from AVRSM or a paid document (declaration) issued by the IRS no later than 15 days before the deadline for submitting bids.

● The bidder must have his own fleet with at least 5 cars, which is proven by a handwritten statement and photocopies of traffic permits for vehicles.
