A) sub-element number 1 (maximum 30 points) for part 1 -
urban-planning documentation development and planning program development – for part 2 urban project documentation development and project program reference list of performed services development (urban planning documentation and urban project documentation) referring to the supply, which is developed and signed with a digital certificate from the economic operator. A reference list of performed services is required to contain: -name of the subject/ name of urban-planning/project documentation – technical number with a date and year of manufacture - for part 3 audit development for urban plan documentation and urban project documentation, reference list of performed services (professional revision of urban planning documentation and/or urban project documentation) referring to the supply which is developed and signed with a digital certificate from the economic operator. A reference list of performed services is required to contain: -name of the subject/ name of urban-planning/project documentation – technical number with a date and year of manufacture, the reference list needs to have criteria, points, points distribution and certificates for performed services in accordance with the above mentioned in the last 5 (five) years - the submitted documents will be evaluated in the following way – 0 certificates – not accepted, the offer will be rejected because the economic operator does not meet the minimum level of required quality points. – 1 certificate – 10 points – 2 certificates – 20 points - 3 certificates -30 points - if the economic operator submits an offer for several or all parts, he can prepare only one reference list in which he will list all performed services supported by an appropriate certificate. b) sub-element number 2 (maximum 30 points) for all parts (part 1 - preparation of urban planning documentation development and planning program development - for part 2 urban project documentation development and project program development – for part 3 audit development for urban plan documentation and urban project documentation, list of number of employees, engineers, architects and engineers from other fields relevant for the urban planning , the list with the number of employees needs to have a proof of employment of the specified persons as well as proof of expertise(diploma/authorization) for those persons 0 – 4- there is not a sufficient number of employees or the list attached, therefore the offer will be rejected because the economic operator does not meets the minimum level of points required for quality sub-element - 5 or 6 employees, engineers, architects and engineers from other areas relevant to urban planning - 10 points - 7 employees, engineers, architects and engineers from other areas relevant to urban planning - 20 points – 8 or above 8 employees, engineers, architects and engineers from other areas relevant to urban planning - 30 points
