Civil Society Support Facility programme in Macedonia

Swiss Cooperation Office Macedonia

The aim of the tender is to identify an organization which will offer a concept for the further development of the civil society sector in Macedonia based on the already ongoing SDC programme Civil Society Support Facility – CSSF (Civica Mobilitas). The programme is offering grants to civil society organizations but SDC would like to broaden the scope to also provide training in the field of constituency building. The selected organization shall then prepare a Project Document and implement the project, once the Project Document is accepted.
The mandate is divided in two parts: Part 1 will start in the second half of the 2013 and will be dedicated to the preparation and drafting of the Project Document and the Part 2 is the implementation phase, foreseen to start by the end of 2013/beginning of 2014 and it shall last 4 years.
SDC will assign the mandate for the implementation and coordination of the programme ideally to an international coordinating organization including a locally subcontracted organization.
