The aim of the tender is to identify an organization which will offer a concept for the further development of the civil society sector in Macedonia based on the already ongoing SDC programme Civil Society Support Facility – CSSF (Civica Mobilitas). The programme is offering grants to civil society organizations but SDC would like to broaden the scope to also provide training in the field of constituency building.
