— document of registered business activity (DRD form) as a proof that they have been registered as natural or legal party for conducting the business activity related to the object of the public procurement contract, issued by the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia;

4.5.2.2 The foreign entities economic operators shall present:
— document of registered business activity as a proof that they have been registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the business activity related to the object of the public procurement contract or a proof that they belong to the appropriate professional association, issued by a competent authority pursuant to the regulations of the country of its registration.

— a balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet report, where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator has been registered, for the last 3 financial years,
